For AOL-users

For those of you who are AOL-users, please note that when you email Citizens, we may be unable to reply to your email or notices if you have not turned off restrictions on who can email you, or have not added our email address to your list of accepted email receivers.

Recently we have had mail sent to AOL-users returned to us since the AOL-user's email box is full and AOL will not allow additional messages to be included.  Please empty your mailbox if you wish to receive our email.

Citizens has sent email to AOL users who have contacted us for information, and the email is bounced back to us as undeliverable.

Citizens is unable to control whom AOL users receive mail from. If you wish to receive email or notices from Citizens, then it is up to you to change the email restriction level on your AOL account.

Citizens has also been informed that AOL provides its users with a crippled internet browser. If you click on one of our links, and it does not respond by linking to the link site in the AOL browser, it has been suggested that you cut the link from the email and paste the link in your AOL internet browser. AOL users are the only persons we have been informed of who have problems hyperlinking to a link site.
