Is it time for judge Martha Damiani
Anderson to
go to Law School (assuming that she ever did graduate from a law
school)?
If she went to law school, she should have been taught, and should have
learned, the U.S. Constitution. Upon becoming a judge, she took an oath
to support the U.S. Constitution, as well as the Constitution of the
State of Michigan.
Instead she has decided to make a mockery of the U.S. Constitution and
the Constitution of the State of Michigan. She decided to engage in
treason to the U.S. Constitution.
The U.S. Constitution, under the First and
Fourteenth Amendments, grants to each and every person the
Constitutionally-protected right of
association. Instead of enforcing this Constitutionally-protected
right,
she spat on the U.S. Constitution by issuing an Order that prohibited
two friends from associating with each other. We suggest that she
knowingly, intentionally, deliberately, and/or conscientiously acted in
violation of the U.S. Constitution.
It is time for Martha Damiani Anderson to become a judge by first
learning the law, then practicing it lawfully.
