Former Judge Sentenced

A former judge who sold justice will soon be heading off to prison. Fred Bailey was the long-time judge at the county court in Austintown. In 1999, he admitted he accepted bribes to fix cases. 

This week a federal judge sentenced him to 17 months in prison and two years of supervised release. 

He'll also have to pay a fine and perform 150 hours of community service.
