Judge Carole Kamin Bellows
Cook County, Illinois
The law requires a judge to know and to respect the law. Code of Judicial Conduct, Rule 62.

Apparently Judge Bellows either does not know the law or else has no respect for the law, or both. Before a judge has any lawful authority to proceed in a case, the court must have in personam jurisdiction of the parties before it. But Judge Bellows proceeds where there is no in personam jurisdiction conferred upon the court. The U.S. Supreme Court has repeatedly and continuously held that a judge is engaged in treason if the judge proceeds where no jurisdiction has been conferred upon the court.

Another instance where Judge Bellows has no respect for the law is in the area of the requirements of the withdrawal of an attorney from a case. The Supreme Court is specific in the requirements for withdrawal of an attorney from an action before the court. In case you do not know the controlling law, Judge Bellows, we call your attention to Supreme Court Rule 13(c)(2).

Further, are you familiar with the U.S. First Amendment's right of a party to an adequate, complete, effective, fair, full, impartial, meaningful, and timely access to the court? Is it your belief that this Constitutional Amendment was meant for other judges, and not you? Why do you deny litigants appearing before you their First Amendment Rights?

And how do you explain your defrauding the State of Illinois?

Illinois judges, being attorneys, must comply both with the Illinois Attorney Rules of Professional Conduct and with Illinois case law on decisions applicable to attorneys. Based on Illinois law, an Illinois judge must report the misconduct of an attorney appearing before her or be herself engaged in misconduct.

Then why, judge Bellows, do you not comply with Illinois law and the U.S. Constitution?

Why do you engaged in professional misconduct?

judge Carole Kamin Bellows has a history of being engaged in professional misconduct and violating litigants' legal, civil, and Consitutional Rights.
