His son, judge Samuel J. Betar III, apparently does not know the U.S. Constitution and what it contains. judge Betar, have you ever heard of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution?

A person has a Constitutionally-protected right of free speech, and judges have a duty to protect each and every citizen of this right, under the Supreme Law of the Land (you have heard of the Supreme Law of the Land, have you not, judge?). Then why did you sign an Order of Protection which denied a citizen from exercising this Constitutionally-protected right, a right you are required to uphold.

As a judge, you have more to do than to collect your ill-gotten gains from the State of Illinois every month.

Isn't it time you earned some of your ill-gotten gains.
