An Order issued based on "fraud upon the Court" is void, of no legal force or effect.

As the client did not obtain a valid Order, and did not obtain any benefit from the alleged time that attorney Robert K, Blain charged for, then the attorney fees claimed by attorney Robert K. Blain and paid by the client, were a fraud upon the client.

Attorney Robert K. Blain, when are you going to return your "ill-gotten gains" to your former clients?
