Dear Sir or Madam:
I have been practicing law since 1972 and have an impeccable record with the State of New Jersey. I have never been disciplined by any lawyer's ethics committee. I was shocked to learn from a potential client today that my name was listed on your site for Attorney Misconduct in New Jersey.
First of all, your listing is not only completely incorrect but it damages my professional reputation as an attorney. Your website does not provide any substantiation for these baseless accusations. Rather, it is clear that you allow disgruntled clients to disparage attorneys through your catch all "anyone who brings disrepute to the court" provision.
Your website comes up on several major search engines when my name is searched. And is usually the first if not in the top five listings.
Please be advised that if my name is not removed from your site immediately that I will have no further choice but to file suit against you and to take action with the various search engines to prohibit your website from being posted.
I trust that no further action on my part will be necessary.
William P. Deni, Esq.
