Frank H. Easterbrook
Judge
7th Circuit Court of Appeals
Charges of Treason, Misprision of Treason, neglect of his legal and statutory duty, malfeasance, misfeasance, nonfeasance, corruption, and defrauding the U.S. government were reported against Federal Judge Frank H. Easterbrook of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals on July 9, 2001.

Judge Frank H. Easterbrook, aka Judge Napoleon, was informed by letter on May 14, 2001 of his prior actions and the request that he sua sponte correct his prior actions. The only response that was received was a deafening silence.

A copy of the May 14, 2001 letter was acknowledged received by the Clerk of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, in the clerk's unlawful attempt to interfere with Alpern's correspondence with the judge. No clerk has lawful authority to interfere with the U.S. Mail.

Mr. Alpern has kindly provided us with copies of his May 14, 2001 letter to Judge Easterbrook and his July 9, 2001 letter to the President of the United States.

We are informed that charges of criminal activity against other judges are in the process of being reported.

Any suggestions for other case citations or other charges are requested.
