Allen S. Gabe
Cook County-DuPage County

Would you employ an attorney who continues to engage in misconduct., who bilks his clients, and who assists a judge(s) in violating the law and in bilking the State of Illinois?

Supreme Court ARDC Rule 721(d) holds that, in pertinent part, that "all shareholders, members, or partners shall be jointly and severally liable for the acts, errors, and omissions" of the other shareholders, members, or partners of a law firm. This Rule makes Allen S. Gabe equally liable for the misconduct of his partner, Caryl Jacobs Gabe, and in which she has been disciplined and suspended.

Further, under the Public Policy of the State of Illinois, attorney Allen S. Gabe has an affirmative and absolute duty to, and no discretion not to, report the suspected, alleged, possible, and/or the actual misconduct of other attorneys or judges to the ARDC, or else be engaged in misconduct himself.

Attorney Allen S. Gabe has been reported to file a lawsuit against an alleged defendant, when he knew or should have known if he was competent in the law, that the alleged defendant was not a lawful defendant, and has been force to dismiss the alleged defendant from the legal action. The Plaintiff could have been, and still may be, sanctioned for the actions of his attorney, Allen S. Gabe. Would you like to have to pay the sanctions for the unlawful actions of your attorney?

It has been reported to CLR that attorney Allen S. Gabe has engaged in a criminal felony act.
