2nd District Judge Michael Glasmann
will not be criminally charged with stalking and sexually harassing women,
Utah Attorney General decides, but he still faces undisclosed difficulties
with Heber City officials, the state Judicial Conduct Commission and state
Senate Judiciary Committee.
The fact that Judge Glasmann may not
be criminally charged does not mean that he did not in fact stalk and sexually
harass women.
Judges should never place themselves
in any situation where they can be, or are, charged with stalking and sexually
harassing women.
How will Judge Glasmann rule if a person,
who is charged with stalking and sexually harassing women, appears before
him?
