Judge Stanley J. Goldberg
Stanley J. Goldberg, a Federal Tax Court Special Trial judge,
is engaged, as an accessory after the fact, and a participant in the felony
of covering up the bribery of another Federal judge, a violation of Federal
law.
Judge Goldberg was presented information about the bribery,
but refused to take any action. By his action, he has engaged in collusion
with, conspiracy with, the taking of a bribe by a federal judge.
