Judge Allen S. Goldberg

One of our viewers suggested that we include Judge Allen S. Goldberg,  a judge in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.  CLR suggested that the viewer provide support for his suggestion.  The following was provided to CLR and is posted.

In response to your inquiry for confirmation about Judge Allen S. Goldberg being the judge responsible for handing 3 y/o Joseph Wallace back to the custody of his psychotic mother who killed him less than two months later; then the Cook County Circuit Judiciary promoting him to Domestic Relations, check out Tribune news articles from Wed. Oct 27, 1993, Section 1, page 1 entitled Joseph, naming Goldberg as one of four judges responsible for the killing of our children.

Also Tribune, January 4, 1994 article by Terry Wilson and Andrew Gottesman called "Joseph Case Judge, 3 others reassigned" stating, " Judge Allen Goldberg, who made the last decision returning Wallace to his birth mother, heard abuse and neglect cases [in Cook County Juvenile Court]. . . .Williams and Goldberg each drew criticism for not prying more information out of attorneys about the mother's criminal and mental history . . ."

Also Tribune, january 4/5, another article by T. Wilson called "Judge Defends Record-Joseph Case Publicly Hurts" again emphasizing Goldberg as the judge who made the final decision to send Joseph back to his mother, Amanda Wallace. A commission investigating the case critisized Goldberg for not prying more.

I can tell you from first hand experience, the buffoon is too incompetent to pry effectively, and he confuses the facts of a case to a point when he reiterates his findings you would swear he changed them to fit the law in a way "he" would interpret it, rather than using the customery "reasonable" man standard.

It's interesting to further note that in the Wednesday, May 4, 1994 issue of the Chgo Trib, Chicagoland Section page 3 by Susan Kuczka, "Firing Challenged in Wallace Case", a state welfare worker, Richard Higgins, 62, was fired from the DCFS, and was among three case workers that were fired after Joseph was killed. Obviously some scapegoats were needed, but you have to be a judge to be "above the law, and immune from your own negligence and/or incompetence"- why wasn't this worthless excuse in black impeached? Did he pay to keep his robe? Where are our congressman that are suppose to impeach the likes of these judges and protect the public from them? How many others will have to fall victim to this reckless incompetent presiding over their lives before real justice sees him burn in Hell? Class Action anyone . . . to sue the Illinois State, Cook County Judiciary in their fraudulent conspiracy to cover up their own negligence, ignorance of the law, abuse of authority under color of State law. Hell we might be able to make a Federal/ Criminal RICO action out of this.

H-m-m-m-m-m?
