Upon accepting employment from the State of Florida to be a state judicial officer, judge Lee E. Haworth accepted the duty to support the laws and the Public Policy of the State of Florida and the United States Constitution. By accepting his salary and not supporting the laws of the State of Florida and the U.S. Constitution, he is, in effect, defrauding his employer, the State of Florida.
As only one example, in the case of Pope v. Quattelbaum. 2D04-528 (2004), Second District Court of Appeals, the Appellate Justices unanimously agreed that judge Haworth had, by issuing the Order that he had issued, violated Florida Law, and the Constitutionally-protected Due Process Rights of Mr. Pope. No Florida judge has the lawful authority to violate Florida Law and the Public Policy of the State of Florida. Such an Order is void and deprives the issuing judge of lawful authority. As judges have no lawful authority to issue void Orders, judge Haworth was acting not in a judicial capacity, but as a private citizen. By accepting his judicial salary from the State of Florida, he has stolen money from the State of Florida.
Is not the theft of money from the State of Florida a criminal offense?
The Justices of the Appellate Court have a duty to maintain the competency and the integrity of the Florida Court system. Did Justices Covington, Casanueva and Wallace report judge Lee H. Haworth to the proper authorities? Or have they decided to become accessories to the actions of judge Haworth?
It has been reported to CLR that in the recent case of State of Florida v. Nancy Grant, 2006-CF-000335, judge Lee E. Haworth did not allow defendant Nancy Grant to call witnesses in her defense, in violation of Amendment VI of the U..S. Constitution..In doing so, judge Lee E. Haworth engaged in acts in violation of the Supreme Law of the Land, Article VI, cl 2, of the U.S. Constitution, and in violation of his Oath to the U.S. Constitution, to which he bound himself upon taking the office of judge. Article VI, cl. 3.
If judge Lee H. Haworth did as reported, then he has also violated Nance Grant's Constitutionally-protected First Amendment Rights.
If he did so, then judge Lee H. Haworth has not only stomped on the American Flag, he has stomped on the U.S. Constitution, and has engaged in an act of treason.
