In the opinion of many viewers, the law firm of ABRAMS FENSTERMAN FENSTERMAN & FLOWERS, LLP has brought disrepute to the legal business in their charging a guardianship estate for the legal fees of a person not the subject of the guardianship.
Viewers question why didn't you collect your legal fees from your client, Randy Settenbrino? Since Mr. Katz did not receive any benefit from your services, why was his guardianship estate charged for legal services that you provided to another person? If Mr. Settenbrino could not afford your fees, why not provide them pro bono, instead of taking them from the guardianship estate of elderly Mr. Katz?
