Harris Aaron Lowenthal, Los
Angeles, Calif., suspended from practicing law in Florida for 121 days,
effective 30 days following an Oct. 11 court order. In two cases,
Lowenthal violated the Rules of Professional Conduct. In one case, he
failed to provide competent representation to a client and act with
reasonable diligence and promptness in representing the client.
