CLR has received multiple complaints of improper billing practices by the law firms of Mohr, Mangiamele, Bruce & Hill, P.C., and/or their other corporate name entities, and their attorneys Terry R. Mohr, Suzanne C. Mangiamele, Lori L. Bruce, Carol L. Hill (Hafferkamp), Carl W. Gilmore & Daniel D. Mangiamele.

As we understand Illinois law, misconduct of one attorney in a firm is considered misconduct of all attorneys in the firm. In addition, Mr. Mohr has been reported to make misrepresentations to the firm's clients, and to intimidate the firm's clients.

If you have any information on the law firm of Mohr, Mangiamele, Bruce & Hill, P.C. or any of their other corporate name entities under which they have operated, and/or any of their attorneys Terry R. Mohr, Suzanne C. Mangiamele, Lori L. Bruce, Carl W. Gilmore, Carol L. Hill (Hafferkamp) & Daniel D. Mangiamele, CLR would appreciate hearing from you.

Since posting the above, CLR has received information that indicates that Mohr, Mangiamele, Bruce & Hill, P.C. and their attorneys have engaged in acts of abandoning their clients, and have engaged in fraud.

It has been reported to CLR that the above named law firms are, or have been, unlawfully practicing law in the State of Illinois, nor shall they engage in the practice of law, or open or maintain an establishment for that purpose in Illinois.



It is the opinion of CLR that it does not recommend any of these attorneys.
Mr. Mohr, do all of your clients charge you with misconduct?
