The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a
stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR
9.115(F)(5) containing respondent's plea of nolo contendere to
charges contained in an amended formal complaint that he failed to
reduce a contingent fee agreement to writing in violation of MCR
9.104(1,4) [former GCR 953(1,4)]; MCR 8.121 [former GCR 928] and
Canon 1 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, DR 1-102(A)(5).
Costs were assessed in the amount of $171.99.
