Judge Kaplan, in his letter to the law firm of David &
Feedman LLP, stated that:
....I note the "disessembling,
disingenousness, mischaracterization and misrepresentations....that
characterizes the earlier written record....It seems that you cannot be
trusted to represent yourself civilly and in good faith here.
Consequently I revoke the authority of my November 8, 1996 granted the
law firm of Peters & Freedman or its individual members or
associates to submit evidence directly to me in this matter."
Would you employ attorneys who engaged in misconduct?
