Attorney Neil A. Robin
Chicago, Illinois

Did attorney Neil A. Robin engage in a "fraud upon the court" by not informing the court that he did not appear before another court, but that another attorney from another law firm appeared under the name of Neil A. Robin?

Did attorney Neil A. Robin engage in a "fraud upon the court" by not informing the court that a notice of service was never served upon the opposition for an agreed order, and therefore a purported Agreed Order was obtained fraudulently under the name of attorney Neil A. Robin?

Or was Neil A. Robin a knowing and active participant in this "fraud upon the court"?

Attorney Neil A. Robin was sanctioned by the court, in IRMO Chesrow, in the amount of $3,528.60 for his failure to appear in court. Attorney Neil A. Robin requested the court to have the sanction instead assessed against his client and not him. Would you employ an attorney who wants the court to have his client pay for the attorney's failure to follow court orders?

Should an attorney engage in inappropriate advanced physical romantic behavior with a female client in the presence of her children?

Why has Judge Allan W. Masters, at a scheduled court hearing on February 19, 2002, or anytime since then, failed to take action and has condoned this inappropriate advanced physical romantic behavior?

Why has attorney Rella Klepak, the court appointed Child's Representative for the minor children, not reported attorney Neil A. Robin, for his suspected misconduct to the ARDC, as is her duty under the Illinois Supreme Court decision in Skolnick v. Altheimer & Grey?

The court transcript of November 14, 2002 indicates a great possibility that Judge Allan W. Masters is prejudiced in this case. CLR believes that conversations with a judge's clerk is considered conversations with the judge himself, and is therefore considered as ex-parte conversations with the judge.

Please contact Citizens if you have any additional information on the misconduct, or possible misconduct, of attorney Neil A. Robin.
