NOTICE OF PROBATION

Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #82.

1) Probation - thirteen (13) months;

2) Effective December 1, 1994.

Respondent pled no contest to allegations that he was
convicted of two alcohol-related driving offenses; operated a motor
vehicle while his driver's license was suspended; and failed to
appear for a court hearing and probation appointments.

Respondent's conduct was alleged to be in violation of MCR
9.104(1)-(5) and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(a)-(c).

The parties stipulated that the respondent be placed on
probation for a period of thirteen months retroactive to December
1, 1994, with conditions relating to the established misconduct.

Costs were assessed in the amount of $141.95.
