He has forgotten the clear and well-established law in Illinois that an order issued contrary to the Public Policy is void. judge Michael J. Sullivan has no lawful authority to issue any orders in violation of the Public Policy. judge Sullivan has acted without jurisdiction.

judge Michael J. Sullivan is incompetent, has a disdain for the law and the Constitution, and has no respect for the law or his colleagues from higher courts.

What about the law do you not understand, judge Sullivan? Is judge Sullivan reading- comprehension challenged? Should judge Sullivan be assigned to a reading remedial class. It appears so.

Not only does judge Michael J. Sullivan thumb his nose to the Justices of the Illinois Supreme Court, but also to the panel of Circuit Judges of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit who issued the Mandatory Arbitration Local Rules. Does judge Sullivan believe that he is above the Illinois Supreme Court and the panel of Circuit Judges of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit who issued the Mandatory Arbitration Local Rules? Apparently he does, as he has, in effect, decided that their judicial decisions and Rules do not apply to him. Therefore let's get rid of the Justices of the Illinois Supreme Court, as we have judge Michael J. Sullivan instead to make judicial decisions and rules of law. The all-powering and all-knowing judge Michael J. Sullivan.

judge Sullivan continues to make a mockery of the Illinois judiciary, and the Justices of the Illinois Supreme Court. Unless the Justices of the Illinois Supreme Court, under their supervisory authority, instructs judge Michael J. Sullivan to learn the law and to comply with the law, as set forth by the Supreme Court, then the Justices of the Illinois Supreme Court are a party to the mockery of the law.

Further, judge Michael J. Sullivan participates with, and covers up, the misconduct of attorneys who appear before him. He does not act impartially, but violates party litigant's First Amendment Rights.

judge Michael J. Sullivan is an embarrassment to the Illinois judiciary.
