M.R.18318 - In re: Michael E. Tabor. Disciplinary Commission.

The motion by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration

and Disciplinary Commission to approve and confirm the report

and recommendation of the Review Board is allowed in part.

The report and recommendation of the Review Board is

approved and confirmed in part. Respondent Michael E. Tabor

is suspended from the practice of law for three (3) months and

until he provides proof to the Administrator of release and

satisfaction of the malpractice judgment that client Maria Bogun

obtained against respondent.

Respondent shall reimburse the Disciplinary Fund for any Client

Protection payments arising from his conduct prior to the

termination of the period of suspension.
