For those of you who are Web-TV users, please note that when you email Citizens, you may be unable to receive our return email or notices if your mailbox is full of messages. Web-TV sends us a message that our mail was not delivered because your mailbox was full.

Web-TV apparently only allows you to store only a limited number of email messages. It is your responsibility to keep your mailbox free to receive new messages and notices.

We may be sending many documents in pdf file format, which allows us to post documents looking identical to the original document. We have been informed that Web-TV does not have the capability to read a pdf file. In such case, we suggest that you read the document at a local public library.
