Subject: Pending lawsuit

To Whom it May Concern,

I have no idea who you are, but your website incorrectly lists me, Geoffrey P. Wyatt, as an attorney who has been disciplined by the State of Oregon, etc. Not only am I listed amongst many lawyers who actually have been disciplined, but I myself was involved in the prosecution of some of those cases as a Regulatory Counsel for the Oregon State Bar before I left that position last year!

In any case, I am sure you realize that listing me here may constitute slander per se, since my professional reputation is disparaged. Unlike the case with many of the other names listed, truth is no defense because I am listed completely falsely. If my name still appears here after December 31, 2001, you may expect to be answering a Complaint.
