Lary Ira Zucker

CLR received an email from Lary I. Zucker, an attorney with the law firm of Spector Gadon & Rosen, P.C., from Philadelphia, PA, and from Morristown, NJ, alleging that his name was improperly on CLR's list of officers of the court that have been reported to have been disciplined by the State of New Jersey for unethical conduct, sued for malpractice, incarcerated, whom we understand have been charged with unethical conduct, or who have brought disrepute to the courts and to the legal business, etc.

Courts have held that an officer of the court is engaged in fraud whenever he attempts to deceive, whether by commission, by omission, by silence, by gesture, etc.

CLR suggests that attorney Lary I. Zucker may be engaged in an act of fraud, by not informing CLR and his clients, that a charge of misconduct was made against him in case no. IIB-93-054E.

Attorney Lary I. Zucker, if you were not the person involved in case no. IIB-93-054E, then please inform us of who and where the attorney with the name of Lary Ira Zucker can be found.

Attorney Lary Ira Zucker, according to information we have, we understand that you have been charged with unethical conduct.

If you disagree with this assessment, then please send us a full and complete copy of all documentation associated, directly or indirectly, with case no. IIB-93-054E, along with your sworn affidavit that the submission to CLR is full and complete.  Our Board of Review will then review it and make their report.
