Judge Marvin Aspen stated that he had reviewed the prior filings of the person whom Judge Marvin Aspen had deprived of his Constitutional Rights, therefore Judge Marvin Aspen knew of the taking and the acceptance of a bribe by the Federal Judge.
The only reason for depriving the person of his Constitutional Rights to Petition the Court for Redress is the attempt to coverup the criminal act of the Federal Judge, by preventing the party to present additional information to the Courts.
Judge Marvin E. Aspen has connived with the Federal judge taking the bribe, and has become part of a scheme of bribery of a Federal judge.
In the 1930's and 1940's the Madman of Europe ruled by the "Rule of Man" and not the "Rule of Law". He deprived people of their property, their happiness, and eventually their lives.
Today Judge Marvin Aspen apparently believes he is the current reincarnation of the Madman of Europe; he ignores the "Rule of Law", substituting it with his "Rule of Aspen". Judge Marvin Aspen deprives people of their property and their happiness - will he soon, or has he already, extended that to unlawfully depriving people of their lives?
