judge, is no excuse.
Justice Calvin C. Campbell of the First District Appellate Court recently
showed his disdain for the Justices of the Illinois Supreme Court.
If Justice Campbell has disdain for the Illinois judiciary, then
why should not every member of the public also have disdain for the Illinois
Courts? What is Justice Campbell telling us?
