I, Errol C. O'Brien, also known as Kelly O'Brien do hereby waive the attorney-client privilege as it pertains to my previous legal representation by attorneys Michael Daley, John J. George, and any other attorneys, paralegals or other employees of their law firm doing business as Daley and George Ltd. This waiver covers the period from 1/1/70 to present and pertains to all legal representation whether for me personally or for my previous company, J-B Industrial Corporation, or for J-B Precipitator Corporation, a company in which I held a 20% ownership interest.
I further authorize a representative of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to take possession of any documents pertaining to this waiver.
