In Illinois every judge is required to file a yearly Statement of Economic Interests with the Supreme Court, under Rule 68 of the Illinois Code of Judicial Conduct.
Timothy C. Evans, Presiding Judge of the Domestic Relations Division, Circuit Court of Cook County filed fraudulent and misleading Statements of Economic Interests in calendar year 1997 and 1998.
