to Chief Judge Michael Galasso.
The attorneys in DuPage County believe that Judge Galasso is not a
fair and impartial judge.

1. That I am the attorney of record on behalf of the Respondent, CARRIE L. GAMMELL.
2. That I am a resident of DuPage County, Illinois.
3. That I am a member of the DuPage County Bar Association.
4. That I am verily of the opinion that the Respondent,
CARRIE L. GAMMELL, cannot receive a fair and impartial trial in DuPage
County.
