As one example, he does not understand the concept of subject-matter jurisdiction. He does not, or refuses to, comply with Illinois law that a divorce proceeding occurs in a court of limited jurisdiction, not in a court of general jurisdiction.
In a court of limited jurisdiction, such as divorce court, in which he has been assigned, he is limited to the authority granted him by the Illinois statutes. But Judge Jacobius believes that he is GOD, and can rule whether or not he has any authority.
Hitler believed that he was the law, Judge Rosen claimed to be GOD before he blew his brains out in the Operation Greylord investigation.
Sorry, Judge Jacobius, you are not GOD.
