Renee Kalish and Michael Kalish ("Renee and Michael") hereby terminate J. Laurence Kienlen ("Kienlen") and Chuhak & Tecson for cause. In support Renee and Michael state:
On April 28, 1997, Kienlen of Chuhak and Tecson entered into a written agreement to perform specific legal services for Renee and Michael. Kienlen engaged in fraudulent and deceitful conduct, breached his written agreement, violated the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct and acted in violation of the public policy of the State of Illinois. Any work performed by Chuhak and Tecson was in breach of the written agreement and is of no legal benefit to Renee and Michael. For the foregoing reasons Kienlen and Chuhak & Tecson are terminated.
