        Judge Frank M. Siracusa was sued in Federal Court on November 17, 2000, in the case of Kathryn Georgia Dayiantis v. Judge Frank Siracusa, Bob S. Fritzhall, G. Scott Bagnall, and Mitchell S. Janik Jr., case no. 00C7248, for denial of her civil human rights. Upon service of process, Judge Siracusa recused himself from case.
