The law firm of James J. Reagan, P.C. had been terminated by Eugene Alpern, for many reasons, one of which that under the requirements of the Illinois Supreme Court, the firm was prohibited from practicing law in the State of Illinois.
James J. Reagan, P.C., without proper notice to Mr. Alpern of the hearing on its withdrawal, scheduled a hearing on November 12, 1998. Judge Mathein heard the sham motion, did not inquire whether Mr. Alpern had been served pursuant to law, and issued a sham order of withdrawal.
Naturally, since the firm was prohibited from practicing law, and since Mr. Alpern knew that they were prohibited from practicing law, the law firm did not want Mr. Alpern to be present at the court hearing to inform the court of the actual state of affairs.
Not having jurisdiction and without any legal service of the Motion to Withdraw, and without any proof in the record of the case that proper service had been made, all orders issued therein are null and void, of no legal force or effect.
Judge Mathein knows that the practice of law by an attorney without proper registration is a criminal act. Judge Mathein aided, abetted, and connived with James J. Reagan and James J. Reagan, P.C. in the unlawful practice of law.
Judge Mathein is an accessory to the unlawful practice of law by James J. Reagan and James J. Reagan, P.C. She has assisted James J. Reagan and James J. Reagan, P.C. in acts in violation of the Federal mail fraud statutes.
Since November 12, 1998, Judge Veronica B. Mathein has been covering up her unlawful actions by ruling without subject-matter jurisdiction in the 735 ILCS 5/2-1401(f) proceeding.
A judge has no right to depend on any order of any judge who is acting without jurisdiction. A judge has the fiduciary duty to continually inspect the record of the case to be certain that jurisdiction had properly been invoked, and that neither the court nor any other officer of the court did no act which deprived it of jurisdiction.
Judge Veronica B. Mathein engaged in criminal activity.
