THANK you to all who witnessed Judge Veronica B. Mathein demonstrate her judicial ignorance of the law, a judge who does not comply with the law, a judge who is incompetent, and a judge who is engaged in judicial misconduct.

Having accepted a bribe from an attorney in the case before her, Judge Mathein acted as expected, she ignored the law and ruled on the basis of the personal favor owed to the attorney due to the bribe and contrary to clear and well-settled law. Click here

Judge Veronica B. Mathein has engaged in conduct which brings the court and the legal profession into disrepute, and makes the public have a low regard for all judges.

Citizens asserts that, due to Judge Mathein's lack of knowledge of, and compliance with, the law, most if not all Judgments for Dissolution of Marriage issued by her are not valid, they are void, of no legal force or effect. A judge must know, and comply with, the law before her orders have any validity.

Expose the criminal conduct of those judges who do not believe in the Rule of Law, but who believe that they are GOD. Exposure of judicial ignorance, judicial incompentency, and judicial misconduct is the best disinfectant.

Have you been harmed by judicial incompetence and judicial corruption? You may have been, even if you are presently unaware of the harm.

If you do not challenge the court's purported authority, the law states that you agree with the court. The lawful authority of the court was again challenged on June 18, 1998.

Citizens for Legal Responsibility believes it is extremely important for the court to realize that there are many people who are watching the judges. And that a court observer may be watching them at any time. This message must be gotten across to the judges.
