The recent claims of lost divorce records in the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office was not unknown, but has been known by the Clerk's office, the Illinois courts, and the F.B.I. for some time. One of our members has affidavits from a Chief Deputy Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County, dated September 1993, attesting to lost records in the Clerk's office with relation to cases 90-D-2724 and 91-D-5122. Copies of these affidavits were filed with the court in 1994.
In 1993, F.B.I. agent Wanda Denny met with this member in the Domestic Relations Clerk's office to confirm the missing documents, and did confirm that the records were missing.
Why has the Chief Judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County waited for approximately four years to raise questions about missing court records? Why has the Clerk, after knowing of the missing records for over four years, not corrected the missing records problem? Why has the F.B.I. ignored the problem of missing records and the corresponding obstruction of justice problems that has been created in the above two referenced cases? and failed to prosecute?
In the above two referenced cases, the records were deliberately
and intentionally removed to cover up the unlawful acts of judge-shopping,
and other unlawful acts. If you review the court cases, you will find where
the records are. The courts have been deliberately and intentionally protecting
the person(s) who removed the records.
