Judicial/Legal Misconduct
in North Dakota
Following are some of the attorneys or judges who have been reported
to have been disciplined by the State of North Dakota for unethical conduct,
who may be a resident of North Dakota and who was disciplined by another
state, sued for malpractice, incarcerated, whom we understand have been
charged with unethical conduct, who have brought disrepute to the legal
business, etc.
