Dear Justice Rathje:
Congratulations on being appointed to fill the vacancy of retired Justice Nickels.
We are writing to bring you up to date on Chief Judge Galasso (DuPage County), as to certain facts that we had previously submitted to the Supreme Court.
A copy of our letter of December 18, 1998 to the Supreme Court, and a copy of an email that has been sent to the Court is enclosed.
Citizens has been investigating Judge Galasso and we intend to publish misconduct information on Judge Galasso, and possibly charge him with active participation in a fraudulent scheme.
Attorneys have filed affidavits relative to partiality and bias on the part of Judge Galasso. An email has been sent out and we have published many web-pages relative to his misconduct. Since we have published information relative to Judge Galasso, we have been hearing from many other parties who are now preparing charges against Judge Galasso.
Should Judge Galasso be appointed to the Appellate Court, we suggest that it would appear to the public that the Supreme Court, having previously received unfavorable information on Judge Galasso, does not appoint fair and competent judges.
