Judge Terence M. Sheen
Circuit Court of the 18th Judicial Circuit
DuPage County
505 N. County Farm Road
Wheaton, IL 60187-3907

Dear Judge Sheen:

In re: Kost v. Kost, 94-D-1500

As a court observer on October 20, 1998 your actions before that court are an embarrassment for the Illinois judicial system.

The Supreme Court has ruled repeatedly as to the requirements for jurisdiction in all statutory proceedings, including divorce. Since under their decisions, including but not limited to Brown v. VanKeuren, you do not have jurisdiction in this matter, your order of dismissal of Ms. Kost's Motion is null and void.

Further, since Chief Judge Michael Galasso and Presiding Judge Robert Anderson have been kept fully informed relative to your acting without jurisdiction, you have placed them in the position of being "trespassers of the law". Von Kettler et.al. v. Johnson; Elliott v. Peirsol; In re TIP-PA-HANS Enterprises, Inc.

DuPage County judges who ignore the law are an embarrassment to the Illinois judiciary and have placed the Illinois judiciary in public disrepute.

Yours truly,
