     1.    That I believe that all of the statements made in the attached Motion to Reconsider the Order of December 22, 1998 are true and correct.
     2.   That I deny that this Court held jurisdiction at any time.
     3.   That at no time did the Petitioner prove that this court ever held jurisdiction.
     4.   That all orders issued by this court were issued without jurisdiction.
     5.   That all orders issued by this court are void.
     FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT.
