Judicial/Legal Misconduct*
in Utah



*Following are some of the attorneys, law firms, or judges who have been reported to have been disciplined by the State of Utah for unethical conduct, who reside in Utah but have been discipline in other states, sued for malpractice, arrested, indicted, incarcerated, who have been charged with unethical and/or criminal conduct, who cannor practice law for one reason or another, who has violated the Supreme Law of the Land, have engaged in conduct which tends to defeat the administration of justice or to bring the courts and the legal business into disrepute, etc.

The State of Utah also issues private reprimends against judges and attorneys.
