Vote NO to lawyers

According to:

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS

Article II. THE POWERS OF THE STATE

Section I. SEPARATION OF POWERS

The legislative, executive and judicial branches are separate. No branch shall exercise powers properly belonging to another.

_____________________

According to the Illinois Constitution it is unlawful and unconstitutional for a member of one branch of government to exercise the powers of any other branch of government.

Why are attorneys, who have taken an oath to uphold the Constitution, and who by law are officers of the court, and a part of our judicial system, allowed to be members of the executive branch and the legislative branch? Any actions by attorneys holding office in the executive branch or legislative branch of government are therefore UNLAWFUL and UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

By today's practice, an attorney currently may be a member of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch.

But you and I, as non-attorneys, may be a member only of the executive or legislative branch of government, but NOT of the judicial branch of government.

Under the Constitution and the law, attorneys belong ONLY to the judicial branch of government.

VOTE NO TO ANY ATTORNEY running for public office, except for Attorney General, State's Attorney, or judge.
